As business leaders continue to navigate an economic landscape that’s led to hiring freezes, smaller workforces, and layoffs, we are excited to host our April roundtable discussions on Resilient Talent Development Strategies for Challenging Times. In these conversations, members will discuss strategies for fostering a culture of continuous learning within organizations, even while navigating a rapidly changing business landscape.
Designed for executives across functions who want to better lead and develop teams — and a must-attend for those in people management and talent functions, these sessions will provide actionable insights and strategies for navigating the latest trends across talent development. Members will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and peers, and discuss topics such as adapting talent development strategies for the current economic landscape and leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences.
We’ll host these roundtables between April 17th and 24th in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, and Washington, D.C. For members unable to join us in person, we will host a virtual expert-led discussion on Thursday, April 25th, focused on this same core theme.
These discussions are part of our roundtable series where we explore critical topics for leaders navigating today’s — and tomorrow’s — business environment. In February, we launched our first roundtable series on Future Proofing Your Career With AI, which was attended by thousands of members across nine cities, and in March we focused on Driving Innovation for Better Decision Making. We look forward to unpacking more topics that are top of mind for today’s executives in our monthly roundtable discussions across the country.
